With 125 registered runners and walkers, the 2009 Run for the Red 5k Run and Health Walk, presented by Guardian Industries Corp & Mercy Medical Center, was a SUCCESS! The weather was a balmy 50+ degrees and the sun shone down on all of the sponsors, volunteers, runners, walkers, and on-lookers! Thanks to all who joined us for this fun-filled day!

2009 Holiday Mail for Heroes Program

The American Red Cross and Pitney Bowes are excited to be joining forces for the third year to “Send a Touch of Home” to military service members, veterans, and their families in the United States and around the world. The Holiday Mail for Heroes program will feature the collection, sorting and distribution of holiday cards for service members, veterans, and their families.
2009 Holiday Mail for Heroes Program
Kickoff: November 2nd, 2009
End Date: All Cards must be postmarked no later than Monday, December 7th, 2009. Cards postmarked after December 7th cannot be guaranteed delivery and may be returned to the sender. This deadline ensures enough time to sort and distribute cards before the holidays.
