Volunteer Dinner 2010

The Gateway Area Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold its Annual Meeting & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2010 at Springbrook Country Club, DeWitt.  The Annual Meeting will include the elections of officers and board members and the recognition of special friends of the Red Cross.  The public is invited.  All members of the Red Cross are encouraged to attend and participate in the election of members of the board of directors.

The Gateway Area Chapter asks that guests kindly RSVP by April 12, 2010 by calling (563) 242-5223 or emailing info@gatewayredcross.org.

Dinner Menu Includes:

Plantation Salad – Crispy Iceberg Lettuce, Melba Toast, Parmesan Cheese, Tomato & Garlic Dressing; Green Beans with Shallots & Mushrooms; Honey Dill Carrots; Whipped Potatoes; Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy; Panko Crusted Breast of Chicken with Mango Pecan Glaze; Rolls & Butter; Coffee, Tea & Milk.

This event is free to Red Cross volunteers. The cost for guests/spouse: $10 payable to Gateway Area Chapter.

Carpooling from the Chapter office is available to anyone who is interested. Please contact the Chapter for details.
